Because of how The Lost's health * After every variation of his current or maximum health (that doesn't result in his death), he's immediately brought back to 0 heart container and 0.5 soul hearts, all other hearts being erased works, he can use Magic Skin with absolutely no limits to get every single item in the entire game.The heart is replaced by a broken heart that cannot be replaced by other pickups, essentially lowering your maximum health. Magic Skin uses up a Heart Container to generate items.Instead, it absorbs heart pickups to charge, being fully charged after the equivalent of six hearts. It drops Angel Room items and pickups when used and then disappears, but it doesn't gain charge from clearing rooms.
